Doctor FAQs

Questions doctors ask before joining Diagnex.

Clear answers about the operating model, clinical authority, service availability and professional onboarding.

Is Diagnex a doctor directory or referral marketplace?+

No. Diagnex is an integrated healthcare infrastructure and care-delivery company. The doctor relationship is intended to support coordinated patient pathways, not the buying or selling of doctor leads.

Who keeps clinical authority?+

The treating doctor retains clinical authority. Care Managers coordinate and observe within their competence; they do not diagnose, prescribe, alter medication or override the treating doctor.

Which services can I connect patients into?+

Diagnex represents several care pathways, including Home Hemodialysis, care at home, diagnostics and supporting healthcare services. Availability varies by locality and service. Home ICU / Advanced Care at Home has unresolved scope that must be confirmed before any engagement, and Neonatal Care is in development.

What proof point can Diagnex currently state publicly?+

Diagnex has delivered 250+ Home Hemodialysis sessions. The Diagnex healthcare legacy dates to 1995, and the current Diagnex-wide footprint includes Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Kolkata and Howrah.

What does a Care Manager do?+

Diagnex Care Managers are qualified ANM/GNM nursing professionals who help coordinate, document and communicate approved next steps within their scope. They are not a substitute for the treating doctor.

How is service availability confirmed?+

The relevant service and locality need to be checked before care is accepted. The existence of a Diagnex city or network location does not mean every Diagnex service is available there.

What happens after I submit an empanelment form?+

The form starts a professional review. If there is a suitable pathway, the Diagnex team contacts you for credential verification and discussion. Any binding legal or commercial terms are completed separately before an active relationship begins.

Does submitting an application guarantee referrals or patient volume?+

No. The application is not a promise of onboarding, referrals, patient volume, income or any particular commercial arrangement.

How should patient information be shared?+

Do not send unnecessary patient-sensitive information through the public doctor website. Information sharing for an actual care workflow should follow the applicable consent, privacy and data-protection requirements.
